Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently taken a big leap and with the advent of ChaptGPT it is now one of the topics of greatest interest in the field of technological innovation. Everyone's talking about it!

Among the various topics discussed today regarding AI, one very important one is certainly the “relationship” of AI with data privacy. Among the recent news on this topic, to give examples, that of the Italian Guarantor who suspended the use of ChaptGPT for about a month and that of the activities in progress at European level for the regulation of AI.
