The pandemic and the restrictive measures adopted in the last two years have led many organizations to use tools, including technological ones, in order to give continuity to the training projects planned for their employees. The challenge faced by those involved in training has become today to integrate digital tools with in-person learning. And precisely to deepen the topic of training through the Moodle platform, an in-person workshop is scheduled for April 6 in Lugano. It is promoted by Ated-ICT Ticino and Security Lab at the Hotel Dante in Lugano from 15:30 to 18:30.
The meeting entitled”Moodle2Grow: Change training methods and tools to create value in the company” will be conducted by Alberto Redi, CEO of Security Lab Group, Alessandro Carniato, Senior Instructional Designer of Security Lab, Giacomo Pelazzi, Head of Training and Development City of Lugano and Ramon Petsch, Director of the Italian-speaking Professional Fire Academy.
