New LPD: protection and privacy keywords

A week has already passed since its official debut. Last September 1, 2023, in fact, represented a milestone for the Swiss legislative landscape, with the entry into force of the new Data Protection Law (NLPd). This legislation, which places Switzerland at the forefront of protecting the right to privacy and personal data security, underlines the importance of responsible and transparent management of personal data, consolidating trust between companies and consumers.
