ReeVo acquires Security Lab, continuing its European expansion and officially entering in the Swiss market

Milan, Lugano, Paris, Madrid 16 February 2026.

Following the recent acquisition of Hispasec in Spain in January, ReeVo continues its European expansion by announcing the acquisition of Security Lab Group (Security Lab), a leading Swiss cybersecurity player with hundreds of active customers.

This strategic move expands ReeVo’s geographic coverage to Switzerland, enhances its Red Team Cyber Security services, and grows its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice, while amplifying digital sovereignty opportunities for its customers and market prospects.

Security Lab, based in Lugano and founded in 2004, is a highly specialized player in cybersecurity services, covering the various dimensions of cyber risk reduction and management. Leveraging a team of highly skilled cybersecurity experts, the group consists of two companies: (i) Security Lab SA, which deals with the cybersecurity technological aspects, and (ii) Security Lab Advisory Sagl, which deals with the organizational, governance and compliance aspects.

The acquisition (i) confirms ReeVo’s ambition to become a relevant player in Europe, particularly for SMEs, aiming to create a sovereign cybersecurity ecosystem capable of addressing the growing needs for data protection, regulatory compliance, and resilience against cyber threats, (ii) represents an important step in ReeVo's international expansion and M&A plan, with the aim of tripling its turnover by 2030, (iii) represents the company’s sixth M&A transaction in the past two years and the third outside Italy, and (iv) marks ReeVo’s first step in Switzerland.

Rationales of the transaction and outcomes

This operation conveys several outcomes and advantages:

  • Path for evolution: the acquisition gives Security Lab the confidence to scale and expand for the future, while offering ReeVo advanced cybersecurity consulting services.
  • Extended Teams for extended coverage: Security Lab and ReeVo’s joint forces may better address the increasing demand for advanced cybersecurity consulting and managed services, especially among mid-market companies and SMEs.
  • Development opportunities for people: Security Lab teams will benefit from ReeVo people empowerment initiatives, which are in ReeVo’s DNA and an intrinsic key success factor of ReeVo’s growth path.
  • Increased Governance, Risk and Compliance offering: Service certifications and compliance are two fundamental pillars of ReeVo’s strategy since its inception. Now, the possibility of counting on Security Lab consolidated expertise in GRC will further develop this distinguishing factor in the market.
  • Combined proposition: ReeVo’s cybersecurity offering coupled with Security Lab cybersecurity consultancy services will strengthen customers’ security and data protection postures. ReeVo will also benefit from the Security Lab’s Red Team and Offensive Security proposition, further enhancing its cyber security portfolio.

Antonio Giannetto, co-CEO, ReeVo affirmed:

“We’re delighted to welcome Security Lab in ReeVo. We are sure the combination of our offerings will make our cybersecurity proposition stronger and extremely competitive. We’ve also plenty of opportunities to offer for Security Lab people”

Julien Antoine Chief Revenue Officer International of ReeVo declared:

“The acquisition of Security Lab marks a key milestone in our ambition to become the European leader in cybersecurity. After the Hispasec operation, we are expanding our presence in Switzerland and enriching our expertise in GRC. This move reflects our commitment to sovereign and innovative cybersecurity for our customers and partners”.

Alberto Redi, CEO of Security Lab SA stated:

“Becoming part of the ReeVo group represents a natural evolution for Security Lab. This transaction strengthens our ability to deliver advanced cybersecurity services in Switzerland, while preserving our identity and local roots, as well as our close relationship with customers. At the same time, it opens new international growth opportunities for our people and for the group, enabling us to address increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges with greater scale and capabilities”.
